Former Falls Church, Virginia resident William Alexander Wright Jr., 60, died of a heart ailment February 13, 2001 at his home in Shelby, North Carolina, where he had lived for the last year.  Born October 11, 1940, in Washington, D.C., he was the son of William A Wright and the late Parle Liptrap.   Mr. Wright grew up in Arlington, Virginia and graduated from Wakefield High School.   He suffered from diabetes, and when his condition allowed him to work, he was employed at the Cameron Station Commissary stand in Alexandria, Virginia, and the Navy Annex concession stand in Arlington.  He was a member of the Glen Carlyn Road Baptist Church in Arlington.  In 1953, Mr. Wright and his parents were among the first members of the congregation to be baptized at the Glen Carlyn Road Baptist Church.  Mr. Wright's survivors include his father and a sister, Teresa W. Round, both of Shelby, North Carolina.  Services were held for Mr. Wright on Friday at Glen Carlyn Road Baptist Church.  Burial followed at National Memorial Park in Falls Church, Virginia.  Remembrances may be sent to his father in Shelby.
