Committee on COMMUNICATIONS & CLASSMATE CONTACT
This committee maintains our master database of classmate contact information (address, city and state, phone
numbers, and e-mail addresses). The committee also maintains periodic contact with classmates through mail,
email, and the Newsletter; and also ensures contact information is treated as totally confidential, subject
to selective relaxation in accordance with the classmate's preferences.

Committee on FINANCE
This committee maintains our bank account, receives remittances and contributions, and makes disbursements.
It also negotiates for services (printing, busses, videographer, hotel for reunion, etc.)

Committee on CLASS OF 1960 WEB PAGE
This committee develops, maintains, updates and improves the structure and content of the Class of 1960 Web Pages on the Wakefield Education Foundation
web-site.

2010 Committee for REUNION HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS & ACTIVITIES
This committee makes decisions on reunion hotel selection for main reunion
accommodations and activities, for Friday evening's informal venue, for music at
Saturday evening's main event, for Sunday's breakfast, and for overnight
accommodations on other than Friday and Saturday.

2010 Committee for THURSDAY EVENING COORDINATION (with Hard Times Cafe)
This committee will establish a list of reservations for the people that
sign-up to attend the Thursday evening festivities at classmate Fred Parker's
Hard Times Cafe, and coordinate whatever may be necessary to the event
(e.g., tickets, bus, car-pools, parking, support items needed, etc.)

2010 Committee for FRIDAY TOURS and TRANSPORTATION
This committee will make arrangements for busses, tour guides, Arlington County itinerary, and Air & Space Museum.

This committee will make arrangements for the visit to our Alma Mater.

2010 Committee for WAKEFIELD H.S. PROPERTY
This committee will make arrangements for permission to take custody, pick-up, display and ensure security of,
and return Totem Pole, Banners, and various other pertinent school property for display at our reunion sites.

2010 Committee for DIRECTORY CONTENTS and NOSTALGIA DVD
This committee will publish a Reunion Directory, consistent with the privacy preferences of classmates. It
will also create a Nostalgia DVD which will contain pictures, videos, and memorabilia from past reunions
and other events and sources of interest.

2010 Committee for 50th REUNION SOUVENIR DVD
This committee will evaluate and select videographer, and provide guidance
for material to be obtained and incorporated on the souvenir DVD that reunion
attendees will receive.
